Hankins and LVE

LVE has one disastrous season when we had that bum Nolan running the D. Other than that one bad season, LVE has been awesome (rookie season), or he's been solid. I have been a lurker on this forum for more years than I can count, and the hate for LVE has always had me puzzled. We can't employ All-Pro players at every position. LVE is more than JAG and I'd like to see him re-signed if it's a team friendly deal. He's the QB of the defense.

I think many underestimate the huge part that LVE plays in this defense. He hurds the cats and makes sure that everyone is lined up and he also will yell out coverages that he sees before the ball is snapped. It is not a coincidence that the defense played their best game in a while tonight with LVE back at middle linebacker.

LVE biggest role in everything that people overlook is him aligning the defense

this is why they were playing lights out hes the brains making sure everyones in the right position
