3 years ago today we launched the site. A lot has changed in 3 years and the site just keeps getting better and better. Thank you to all who come here and share your input on the Cowboys.

Happy Birthday to the Zone. You make the off-season easier to handle.

Happy anniversary to the Zone. But even more congratulations is in order for the prestigious Moderators that give breath to the Zone. I think it would be remiss not to mention the magnificent job the Moderators have done through the years.

Since my arrival in November 2004 (almost 3 years ago), I remember the following moderators ...

My first warning came from BrAinPaiNt ...he came to me in a PM and kindly explained a couple of details very diplomatically.

Next enters the HOS ...Hostile gave me my first serious admonishment when I inadvertantly created a picture about a certain Cowboys player. While it was inadvertant, as a moderator myself (on two other MBs), now I realize that it was inappropriate and a consequence had to be taken.

These two patient Cowboy fans have assisted me more than you guys will know (both technologically speaking and through my own personal football savvy) ...

I use what I've learned here through the example of those two Zone mods. One Cowboys fan on a different MB asked me why I was showing so much kindness to a Cowboys and Giants fan ...and was I a spy or some other simple comment. I quickly explained that I was shown through example that treatment of an opponent fan can be demonstrated with class!

Note: Kudos to all of the men/woman mods, who were assigned later.
