They had to give Bowles a raise before trying to defend Pollard this year.

Todd Bowles was good enough to work for Bill Parcells, Andy Reid and Bruce Arians but he wasn't good enough to run a defense for Jason Garrett and Jerry Jones. One of the big mistakes in not hiring him to run the defense and hiring kiffin and marinelli.
