Hard Knocks rewatch

2 things
If Cheerleaders coaches where the football coaches we prob get 2-3 more wins that year
Jerry Jones really cares about everyone no matter how bad a gm he is

Hey, bros? Its the offseason. If you want a good laugh I highly recommend watching at least one or two of these before the new series starts next month. This channel has them all in their entirety. Click the link since its blocked here.

Hell, just the opening line of the series is worth the watch.

America's Team. The Dallas Cowboys. Tom Landry. Roger Staubach. Troy Aikman. Jerry Jones. These are the men behind the Dallas dynasty.

Didnt watch the last one. Couldnt stand to watch Garrett patting fannies and clapping. It will be interesting to see how Quinn and MM handle the team.

They share a birth date and there's a good chance they could have two franchise QBs with Hutchinson.

Bruce Coslet says this is the best WR group he's ever had with Galloway, Rocket, a rookie Antonio Bryant and a collection of crap.

Are you saying that GM's & coaches lie to the fans about the quality of their players??? Or are you saying they just don't understand the game???

I think we may be on the verge of a breakthrough here.

Thank you for this....

My favorite stuff was Parcells ribbing a rookie Tony Romo. He was relentless.

"Oh, your gonna get tired of me."

While Jerry was slobbering all over Chutch and Drew Henson, Parcells saw something in the afterthought undrafted rookie.

Parcells was an amazing coach.

"Quincy Carter was born on Oct 13th, I was born on Oct 13th"

High praise by Jerry.

No kidding. She was a hardass coach.

Yep … while Tuna resurrected us from the 5-11 Campo funk, not making QB a higher priority was his major over sight. By the time he found one Jethro had already suked his passion out.

He was in a bad situation. He made the playoffs w Carter and thought he could be a Simms type.. Him getting cut for drugs ruined 2 seasons (no way to get a QB after Training camp started other than 700yr old Green Balls). The Bledsoe signing was never gonna work as he was done. He started Romo half a season too late

A sidebar to viewing the series: being filmed nearly two decades ago, it will be interesting to note differences between then and now...not only the filming \ production process, but things such as hairstyles, clothing (football & non-football) training camp equipment, catch phrases / slang, etc.

One very nice difference. Jerry looks so much older now.

Seeing Roy Williams talk about how he didn't have a girlfriend and then say he gets starstruck by female singers and celebrities was quite ironic, seeing as how Kelly Rowland basically took every aggressive instinct out of him.

Randal Williams, Tyson Walter, Pete Hunter, Richmond Flowers and of course, the immortal Brandon Noble.

How we lost eleven games with this kind of talent, I will never know.
