This will definitely be the most "locked in" I've been for a Thanksgiving game in a long, long time. I'll gobble up my turkey, share some laughs with the family, and then everyone would do well to just stay away from me come 3:30.

We'll be a nice hotel on Thursday. We'll have Chinese buffet for lunch ... and then the wife and kids are hitting the hotel pool. They are not to come back to the room until 7pm.

I always hate the phrase "must-win game," especially at this stage of the season, so I will avoid it. How about, "Game with huge implications" instead? Hard to believe at 9-1, but we really don't have a ton of room for error.

The Giants are a virtual lock to win this week at Cleveland. If we lose, they move to one behind us in the East. And this becomes a three-horse race in the East if the Skins win.

Also important: we need to keep our foot on the gas if we want to keep the 1-seed. Seattle is firing on all cylinders, and looking at their schedule, it is not inconceivable that they could win out.

Not saying we are going to lose but we are catching the Commanders at a bad slot in the ebb and flow of the season.

If Dallas loses this game, the Giants game becomes a must, or the Cowboys will be looking at a wild card. Tough to win the East with a 3-3 or 2-4 division record.

I'm not feeling the drama I just want to beat the skins and every other team we face for the next 6 weeks.
but we're going to lose one or two where it is doesn't matter we'll still win the division and likely have home field.

For your sake, I hope Dallas wins in regulation. I know I wouldn't be in the best mood if the game went into overtime and my family found themselves stepping into "The Danger Zone."
