It isn't DHarris vs Beasley
It is DHarris vs Lucky
We chose to save some money and went with Lucky.
It's actually DHarris vs Lucky, Beasley, and Heath(ST)

For me personally, I will rue us not drafting Tyler Lockett for years.
Lockett and Harris are the only two guys in the league with punt and kickoff returns for TDs.
What I was saying is people said we spent the DHarris money on Beasley but we were keeping Beasley no matter what.
We decided to let DHarris go and went to the ultra-cheap route of UDFA to replace him.
We could have kept DHarris, his cap hit was 1.8m this year.
He got too much $$$
He does look possessed. Like av Marion barber III - light.
I wanted to keep Harris. He did all the little things that wins games. He came up with big plays at crucial moments whether in returns, gunner, blocking everything. Would have spent more then 2 million to keep him
I wanted to keep Harris also but we didn't know how to use him aside from special teams. I'm glad he's with a team that can utilize his talent.
If we can't draft and develop players like Harris, then that's where I'd lay the responsibility. He's not such a good player that you had to resign him, but we needed a better plan to replace him than "nothing."
agreed, though I would say that Lucky was intended to be Harris' replacement and he's starting to come on...
I don't remember him making td's on kickoffs or punt returns for us.
I also don't remember him making big catches either.
selective memory I suppose.

Lucky was a UDFA,he was not a "plan". a plan would have been to draft somebody like Tyler Lockett.
So Dallas should have used their 2nd round pick on Lockett.
UDFAs are a part of any teams plans.
