Has Brown ever caught a pass in stride?

why does Noah feel like he needs to break stride and fall in order to make the catch
That happens when a player mentally chokes under pressure. They can't handle the stress knowing that catch needs to be made to convert a 1st down in order to keep the chains moving and potentially go win the game, so they dive/leap/fall/stop moving or stop staying on their feet since mentally they can't handle the pressure at that very moment as they see the pass coming directly at them. In other words, Noah Brown mentally choked and his body reacted by stopping the running he was doing prior to the pass being delivered to him.

I don’t understand this thread. I get being mad at Noah for dropping THAT pass but he’s credited with 2 drops all season on the stat sites. The guy has literally squeezed every drop out of his natural talent level and has been clutch all year. It’s fine to be mad about the Jacksonville drop but don’t start threads like he’s sucked all year.

They had no business passing anyway. Dak wasn’t playing well and Tony had just run a 20 yarder. Their D was out of steam and we should’ve ran it down their throats

Dak wasn't playing well? Dak had a passer rating above 115 prior to that last pass to Noah which got intercepted thanks to Noah Brown choking.

This thread wouldn’t even exist had it not been for the play in OT. He was having a nice game until that happened.
It's not how you start, but how you finish. When it mattered the most, Noah Brown wilted under the pressure.

That overtime pass from Dak to Noah was actually in stride. Noah Brown simply didn't catch it.

This pretty much kills y'all's dumb Dak hatred.

Put the blame where it belongs: Noah Brown.
One play doesn't kill the fact that Dak is average...the blame on that play is 100% Noah Brown, doesn't mean Dak is a great QB.

It always seems like he’s falling to the ground and awkwardly catching the ball. He makes it look soo difficult

Thats on the QB. Dak rarely ever puts the ball on the correct shoulder or hits runners in stride. He is wildly inaccurate and relies on great catches. Gallup before his injury was a master of the sideline circus catch and so was Amari.

Prescott vs Jaguars:

1st Half
15 of 16 137 yards 2 TD's (5 offensive drives: 3 TD's 2 Punts)

2nd Half & OT
8 of 14 119 yards 1 TD 2 INT's (7 offensive drives: 1 TD 2 FG's 2 Punts 2 INT's)

In the second half he was near 50% comp and had thrown a bewildering pick 10ft over his wide open target on a routine throw in his own territory. Dak goes through swings even within games. He played well in the first half. He was not playing well in the second half

Maybe we can look at play design also. Just watch the Chiefs or 49ers on offense. Their guys are running 100mph when they make a catch. Deep crosses, wheel route, etc... They get their guys out in space. Its a coaching issue, guys. No, Dak will never be as accurate as Aaron Rodgers but good play design would really help with our RAC yardage. If Kellen Moore ever gets replaced with a real NFL OC, we'll see a big difference.

STOP IT!!!! Dak is terrible.
I mean... did he CATCH the ball for Noah??? NOOOOO. I mean Dak can't even catch his own passes!!! All the best QBs in the league catch their own passes, block the defensive line, throw the ball, and serve the Gatorade.

Cooper Rush scored 18 points a game this year and would have easily scored 18 against the Jags!!!! Noah Brown would have caught this pass from Cooper Rush and we'd only have lost 18 to 34!!!!

Dak is terrible. Stop sharing pics and videos that show otherwise cuz we ain't buying it.

The Cowboys made the decision to move on from Amari Cooper. Cooper made several big plays for us last season. We wouldn’t be looking for Noah Brown in critical situation like that had we kept him.
