So we have a handful of Dak homers who you think represents Cowboys Nation you are waging an assault on.

Great, a handful of Dak Hackers vs a handful of Dak Homers will continue filling up space on our forum while the bulk of Cowboys Nation are unable to have adult conversations on the results so this anti Dak narrative can survive .

Because the Hackers can’t stand we have some Dak Homers on a Cowboys forum. What a mess of childish BS.
No, that's not it at all.
Dak should be that guy. That's the whole point.
He should make sure he is on the same page as his receivers. He should lead the offense and understand that is his job.
That's what a franchise quarterback is supposed to do.

What's wrong with me wanting to hear from Lamb before I blame him fully?

Your mind is made up before any INT is thrown. It'll never be Dak's fault for you.

Your emotional responds to me simply wanting to hear Lambs side of things shows that. It's like you want him silenced so you can stick to your "its all Lambs fault" agenda without any resistance.
LOL, this is rich.

Your agenda is crystal clear. You DESPERATELY wish to blame Dak, that's why you're "reserving judgment."

Greg Olsen, our QB, our coach, our owner... hell, even Michael Irvin... have all come out and said it was clearly Lamb's fault.

But until LAMB HIMSELF says it, you'll hang onto your dream of blaming Dak?

And then you have the nerve to call out those who believe the other FIVE sources who pointed the finger at Lamb?

Including a HOF WR and a longtime veteran TE who have zero dog in this fight?

What if Lamb just didn't feel like talking about it and nobody bothered to ask? Then you'll get to keep blaming Dak no matter what anyone else says, right???

Cool.

I want to hear what Lamb has to say.

Dak spoke. Let's here what Lamb says now.

I said I'm perfectly willing to put 50% of the blame on him if he comes out and says he messed up.

Just watch the replay. It's obvious that Lamb made an error on the route. It's 3rd and 10. The first down is at the GB 48 yard line. The safety is lurking a around the 35 yard line with more coverage beyond him. Going beyond the safety is just running into more pass coverage (which is what Lamb did). However, all Lamb has to do is break the route off and cut between the safety who is at the 35 and the first down which is at the 48 for an easy 1st down completion. Dak reads that this I what Lamb should do and throws the ball to the spot where Lamb should be sitting down in the Zone. If Lamb breaks off the route like he shoudl then the ball hits him between the 8's and he gets nailed from behind by Ford.. Lamb is a little sore from the hit but gets Dallas a 1st down at the GB 45.

Please don't think I am typing all of this to defend Dak because I am sure there are some plays that he missed during the game that could have helped us win the game. He is as much to blame for the loss as anyone else on the team or the coaching staff. However, this one play was messed up by Lamb's mistake in not reading the coverage properly.

Dak said they talked about it in Chicago when he did it. What you want him to do ? Hold his hand?

Yea I mean all 3 guys I’ve heard blamed it on the route were HOFs that played the position.

I’ll split the difference and put 1 on Dak and 1 on Lamb.

Regardless - they aren’t the reason we lost.

They a part of reason

If he has to. That's the whole point and the problem Dak has. He wants to be the leader but he doesn't lead. That's Dak's job.
You can bet the top QB’s in the league make sure their receivers are on the same page. Thats how you become great- elbow grease.

I wouldn't see the need for it either if Dak, McCarthy, and Jerry didn't decide to throw him under the bus.

If everyone kept quiet then cool, but I hope Lamb addresses it now since a few others wanted to.
From the start of his NFL career, CeeDee Lamb has displayed glaring lapses of concentration - and EFFORT -equal to the spectacular plays he has made on the field.
Now - one and a half seasons in - and he being the defacto WR1 on this Cowboys team - the 7th year starting quarterback, the head coach, and the general manager/owner are fed up with this #88's work ethic continually resulting in bad outcomes at crucial times in games.
Hence why all three made it a point to publicly admonish him postgame.
And - just perhaps - Lamb realizes they are right - so no need to comment.
Remain quiet - and work extra \ plus extra hard this week -in preparing for the Vikings.

So communicating with Lamb to be on the right page isn't leading? Almost everybody in the locker room raves about his leadership, but you know he doesn't lead...you're a joke...lol

This is a very fair point.

Ideally nobody on the inside comments publicly, but they did. It's an internal problem that should remain internal.

Publicly hanging someone out to dry is terrible management/leadership but that's the way this team rolls, at least for the last five years or so.

Lamb can't address it though. He has to be the good soldier, and he should be. I guarantee it leaves a mark though. A mark that can and will spill over throughout the locker room.

Has there been even 1 WR that hasn't eventually been run out of town in this era?

there are some that no matter what they're gonna have disdain for the qb
I get it it took a long time for me to be ok with Romo. 9 years in fact but you are talking to Lee you remember his takes at the ranch don’t you?

some people despite all the evidence to the contrary will still stand by their belief because they don’t want to be wrong or they flat out just hate

The people defending it is what gets me.

It's like certain players are just fair game to be threw under the bus and some (Dak) will be protected at all costs.

If our coaching staff , front office and receiver all came out and said it was our QB’s fault then we could all hold Dak accountable together.

Until then it’s only a narrative which goes against what everyone in our organization is saying. All for what?

Nobody should be okay with this rotten organization throwing any player under the bus publicly, but as long as it's not Dak, it seems fine around here.

It's the most important Cowboy Commandment to remember. Thou Shalt not Blame Dak.
If that’s our front offices, coaching staffs and personnel stance to never hold Dak accountable publicly then we have one of the greatest coverups in sports history.

Not one single whistleblower coming out to expose the cover up and conspiracy.

I don't need to hear from CeeDee. I've watched that play over and over from the scouting angles. First off, GB ends up 3 deep by the time Dak throws. Whether he could see that or not I don't know. I think Dak is staring down CeeDee as the one safety comes away from the sideline route to CeeDee, one shallow and 2 deep. That makes me wonder about the throw. Both sideline routes were covered, but the CeeDee side was less well covered. I think Dak should have come off CeeDee and gone to the sideline route on that side. The dump downs in the flats were open, but not likely to get first down. However, CeeDee has to know of the two choices he had (go deep or cross the face of the safety) that one will have some big downside in the event of a miscommunication. That's totally on CeeDee and he screwed up big time. If he crosses the face of the safety, it's either a first down or a drop (he's known for that by the way) for a punt. It's as if CeeDee had decided what to do from the get go and didn't read the safety. To me, they both screwed up. Dak looks to be staring down CeeDee and CeeDee failed to read the safety. One last thing I can't tell if that ball got tipped. That would really change things. I'm guessing not.

It doesn’t matter if it’s fine around here.

But If your accusations are correct and there’s a major coverup within our front office and coaching staff cumulatively conspiring in defense for Prescott then it’s one of the greatest scandals in NFL history .

Or we just have fans trolling our QB.
