Has Lamb proven that he is a legit 1 WR?

Forget Jefferson, he's a different beast. Maybe Hill too

But put Lamb in any WR1 spot in the league and ask the question would he match or come close to matching the same production?
I think the answer is yes.

I think if he was in Buffalo he might even match Diggs' production, let alone 20-25 other teams top WRs.
Its all based on targets. Scheme, confidence from the QB, and targets. If you give a guy 4 targets a game, he'll never get you 5 catches. If you give him 15 targets you get results like Jefferson in Minnesota.

1. Jefferson
2. Kupp
3. Diggs
4. Hill
5. Chase
6, Lamb
7. Adams
8. A.J. Brown
9. Allen
10. Goodwin

My top ten
You think Lamb is better than Davante? C'monnnnn. Hopkins, Mike Evans, Metcalf, Mike Thomas, Samuel. There are a ton of names you have to ignore to elevate Lamb to #6. I like Lamb, but the 6th best in the NFL?

He's as good or better than all of those guys you listed other than Adams
Mike Evans and Thomas are pretty much cooked. Hopkins is past his prime too, though still very good.
Debo is just different...kind of a RB/WR combo

I don’t know if CeeDee is a top 5 or top 10 receiver at this very moment but as of today there is only two receivers I would take over CeeDee right now with know questions, Jefferson and Chase. I think fans forget that CeeDee is only 23 years of age and is number 1 receiver for the Dallas Cowboys. Not everyone could handle that.

Better than Samuel?

I think you need to go watch Evans play. Hopkins is still a beast.

I mean, this is just some obvious favoring of your team's players!!!

Like I said, Samuel is hard to compare...he's just unique. I cant really compare those two.

Evans has his moments still, but he is VERY inconsistent at this point

Anyway, I said as good as or better.

I'm saying this and I'm not even a huge Lamb fan. But I do watch the other teams all the time so this isnt just fantasy scores talking.

I know many had doubts. Has he done enough to sway you?

Is he better than amari cooper?

i think Lamb is proving he's a legit No. lead WR... my question is he an " elite" lead WR .
Teams have to account for him. But does he frightened defenses and force them to change how they have to defend him ?

- Until i see him completely best the elite CBs,.. i won't say he is an elite lead No.1 guy.
That's my floor for featured lead that command the top Highest paid contracts. Not just padded stats.
That was the level i expected of Amari,.... the same will go with Lamb.

- At this point, in my mind. i've compared Lamb to Chargers' Keelan Allen, a tall smooth, tough and rangy possession WR with a great knack for the pass game.

- i think Amari is more quicker off the line and more sudden in-out of cuts & breaks than Lamb, and is more of a over the top vertical threat than
Lamb, but what i am seeing from CeeDee is he appears more tougher and durable than Amari.

- He's taken wicked hits and shots and he's not exiting games and being injury limited because of it.
Cooper would get popped around and would draw up into a shell - i have not seen such from Lamb.

- Great job by Kellen to keep moving him around so it makes it difficult to double and bracket coverage around him.

There are the top 5 elite guys that are in a class by themselves. Lamb is in the next 6-10 range. Cooper is in the 12-15 range. Just doesnt seem to be able stay healthy, doesnt have the heart or the yac to be an elite guy.

It's a mentality.

Lamb has taken some wicked shots and it hasn't hampered his game.
That's been different than Cooper. Amari despite his nicks and injuries would not miss games, but you could tell it still hampered his game.

You want to see your lead WR getting stronger as the game and clutch moments come in,...not fade and disappear during that critical stretch.

I actually do not think Lamb is overly elusive and explosive runner after the catch.
i couldn't wait to upgrade over him as a punt returner and i think it's important to keep scheming with him.

For me he has, but I would still like a speedster opposite of him that can take the top off the defense.

The numbers are good, I like CeeDee, but I save anointing oil till I see production in the Playoffs.

And Cooper wasn't hearing it today as he goes off on 3 catches 105 yards and 2 Tds to surpass Lamb in Tds with 9

That 20 million doesn't look so Bad now!!!!! Said our only wr that scored a playoff TD for us last year ha ha ha

:lmao2: James Washington

Stephen Jones said all the other wrs and tes are just gonna elevate up a NOTCH! Lol.

All to save 20 million in Monopoly money

8 tds and 1000 yards walk out the door to sign a #3 wr and jag te

It make me want to vomit big chunks urgh lol

20 million vs 3 wr signings and a #3 draft pick and we're still not Even Close to where we could have been.
