For the life of me I will never understand why that name is posted whenever there is an open roster spot. If he can't stick to our PS then why would he be signed immediately to the 53? Can he suddenly be a solid contributor on special teams?

We need pass rushers, not so much special team players. Someone who can line up on 3rd down and sniff an opposing QB--it doesn't matter right now if they are a one trick pony. If we don't get more pressure on the other team's QB, we are done.

Patmon is a special kid, he just has a knack for jumping routes in the slot, maybe better the scan in the slot. It would allow us to move scan to the outside

What have you seen in such a limited amount of time to warrant he's better than Scandrick in the slot?

I'm all for giving Boatright a chance. However, who ever is activated, or a FA signee, will be inactive anyway.
what ever player that best has a chance to be signed by another team to their active 53, to keep for next year, may be brought up as well, so we can protect him on the roster.

Getting to the time of the year, the teams out of the playoffs, may sign others teams PS guys, to churn their rosters for next year.

LB Dekoda Watson is still iffy to return to practice Wednesday, so maybe Will Smith?
