This team needs more players with the same attitude as Jason Hatcher. One thing I miss more than anything is this type of player on the Dallas Cowboys.

Yep - it's something a leader would say. Something a Haley/Irvin etc. would have said back in the day. I, for the life of me cannot remember a statement of this sort being made by a Cowboy player in the last 10 years, at least. Buncha robots out there.

Colombo was the last guy we had on the roster that actually would do things. We need guys who the other teams FEAR will hurt THEM if they try and hurt OUR players.
Basically an ENFORCER.

We also need a vocal leader, but a guy who backs up his mouth with his play.

Tough to find those guys.
