Guys i understand the dislike we have for these players, but the reality of the situation is we're 11-1.

Obivously spears and JJ are doing something for this team if we've only lost one game, and that be to the all mighty undefeated Patriots. (which by the way had nothing to do with JJ or spears)

There is no team (bar the Pats) that has pro-bowlers at every position. And yet half our team is probably gonna end up playing in the pro-bowl. We have alot of good players, and we have any great players. We have average players. JJ and spears have shown to be average.

Can they be more? Sure. It took Romo 4 years. Not every player drafted in the first and second round, flourish in there beginning. no matter how much you beg for it, or they say they will.

If we lose in the playoffs, then start bellyaching,. till then sit back and enjoy the ride. It's been a long time since we've been on this Superbowl train. and for one, am going to enjoy it, rather then whine about the imperfections.

People technically weren't wrong about Bradie James. He's not playing on 3rd downs. Nor will he likely ever play on 3rd downs absent injury to other players.

BP didn't want to use him on 3rd either -- it just turned out that the other guys we had sucked out there worse.

I am looking forward to next Sunday when Bradie gets a shot at the Lions again -- Kitna really called him out after that game.

It is time for Hatcher to replace Spears in my opinion.

Hatcher is a playmaker and a force everytime he is in the game.

You guys see how much better Hatcher is than Spears or is it just me?

Hatcher won't start until he learns how to take on blockers in the running game, that's what kept him from starting last year, and it seems it's continuing to be a problem since he's yet to take the spot from Spears

remember, our #1 priority on D is to stop the run

but the man's got skills

It's tough to see for his position.

But, he doesn't make plays against the run, and it's been a long time since I saw him anywhere near the QB. I don't think there's a big disparity between him and Spears where you are forced to think "This guy should be starting."

I also don't think a fumble recovery is a very big deal. That's more luck than anything. Sacks and forced fumbles are far bigger plays.

You didn't see his fumble return? Spears plays 1st and 2nd down and Hatcher comes in on 3rd.

I think your right. I also feel like Hatcher and Brunett are 2 guys that live in the shadows and dont get enough credit from people. They arent total studs like Ware, but after seeing Brunett in such pain, and then returning to play. Not only did he play, i saw him all over the place.

Burnett has been critical to stopping RB's and TE's out of the backfield. Bradie should buy him dinner

I agree: keep the rotation. The only consistent producer on the interior dline is Canty. He'll be resigned big time. Tank is avg. so far, Spears is avg, Ratliff is avg., heck even Bowen is playing avg. to above avg. Keep rotating them in and out, but the only difference makers up front are CAnty, Ware and Ellis. Everyone else is pretty avg. IMO.
