However, if you remember back to the early nineties championship teams, they could have easily been 9-7 as well. The league is tight and competition close.

That can be said about many of the teams in the NFL. This is not college football where if you are good you blow out 90% of your schedule.

I really don't want us to play conservatively (play down to our competitor). I want us to go out and play aggressively as if we have our backs against the wall each and every game. We are a much better team than the Commanders and the scoreboard should reflect that at the end of the game.

I am flying high, I am not even thinking about the wheels falling of the wagon. I hope I don't have to see that this year. But I see future point. This team should go out there angry about the past mistakes and make a concerted effort to break this pattern. It is weekly.

I would enjoy a blowout. I don't expect one against a division opponent, but I would love it. I have an early flight and would like to feel safe going to sleep before the end of the game .

I agree, and just like last year we could've easily been 11-5 walking into the playoffs with one of the worst defenses ever. But this is reality and reality is this team is 6-1.
