Have out of state fans noticed Dallas games not being televised locally as often?

being televised locally as often. I haven't seen a Cowboy game yet. I live in Washington State. A few years ago I dropped the NFL ticket because Dallas was televised nationally so often. Now, I am wondering if other fans are having the same experience?

Looking at the 506 page the last few years, it does seem like our coverage area is a lot smaller than it used to be. I was pretty surprised how much bigger the Broncos-Eagles game was yesterday. Especially New Mexico, which I'm pretty sure would have chosen the Cowboys in the past.

But this is what happens when you go .500 or worse over three years.

Also depends on what time your local game is being played. But yeah, not much on local TV thus far.

Last year I didnt seem to have much of a problem, matter of fact I think I only caught 1 or 2 games via stream. This year only the Giants game has been televised for me

Yeah. Good point. I grew up in New Mexico and it was always a Cowboys state growing up. The Broncos always took a back seat. Dona Ana county and far eat NM still had the Cowboys, but I have never seen the Broncos chosen over the Cowboys for this much of the state.

I can't remember there being so few televised games through this point in the season. Networks think Peyton is a bigger draw than the Cowboys right now.

the nfl is bigger than the cowboys. they don't need us anymore. they have superstars on other teams and marquee franchises that actually win so our "footprint" in the league is shrinking.

Yep. Luckily I have the Sunday Ticket now. (free by getting Direct TV). Yesterday is an example. Typically, the 4PM game yesterday in Albany NY would've been Dallas at SD. But they chose Philly at Denver instead.

Four of the five preseason games shown in Memphis this year. Usually, the number is zero. The San Diego game was the first regular season game not shown here. Not surprisingly, we're getting the Denver game on Sunday. Last year the only regular season game not shown here (Networks, NFL Channel, ESPN) was Seattle.

They've played 2 games against AFC West teams and against the Rams... of course they aren't going to be on nationally.

When all is said and done, they'll probably have more than 10 that are on. NYG, Den, Phil, Phil, Chi, Oak (thanksgiving), GB, WAS, WAS, NO will all be national games, give or take. I wouldn't be surprised if the Vikings game isn't on too.

I live in Maryland, so I purchased a Slingbox and sent it to South Texas where my sister lives. She hooked up the Slingbox for me, and now, I watch the games online, in HD, for free. There is only the one time purchase fee of the box, a $14 app for your phone if you want it. For the Charger game, I hooked up my laptop to my TV and saw the game that way. These last 3 games have not been shown at my end, so, it is well worth the investment.

Definitely noticed. I'm in West Tennessee which is Cowboys/Steelers country, and it wasn't that long ago that whenever one of these teams were playing, they were on TV - and if both were playing at the same time, the Cowboys were on.

Yesterday, we had Philly/Denver and I was stuck listening to the Chargers' terrible radio guys.

I have Sunday Ticket, but noticed the Cowboys havent been on locally (Pittsburgh) except for the Giants game. Maybe the networks dont want to make a large portion of the nation suffer through this terrible product.

Hooters or Crawford Ker's Winghouse here in the local Tampa Area. It's great because I can see hot women and drink my sorrows away...

Not here in SD. We had the game yesterday (duh) and the week 1 game. So that's 2 out of 4 Cowboys games. The other 2 I watched on Sunday Ticket.
