Dang!!! With the curb weight difference your beast can fly!!!!
The best mine has ever done in the 1/4 was 10.1 ; trap was 132
Right now I am pushing 710 rwhp and 702 lb torque on pump gas with 17lbs boost

Bet your vette loves the twisties

I've never really road raced it. Mostly fun and occasionally the drag strip. I turned 10.1 at 138+ on my last motor and I had the wrong wheels and tires on it. I've got more power now but I've never had it at the track on the new engine. Our track is small and I don't have a chute. They'd kick me out after one pass. I have a roll cage but its bolted in so its not legal. They gig me for that, too. Mines tuned for a combo of 103 and 93 but I generally run 110.

His son is huge. Sophomore at Prestonwood Christian Academy. My company covered one of their high school games last week. He was a man amongst boys.

I had lunch with Michael Downs last year. Huge safety, probably 6'5

6' 3"

What's Michael up to now?

My family maintains a friendship with John Niland and his family. He's one of the nicest men I've ever known

What's Michael up to now?

He looked good, looks like he's in his mid thirties. Just doing some business stuff. I don't know him personally, just had lunch with him, talked him up pretty good.

I love it. I have a 2000 Corvette Lingenfelter. 781 RWHP on high boost and 621 on low boost. I like yours better. :)

I love the car talk.

I built a few motors back in the day.

My first one was a Plymouth Road Runner that I put together in High School. It had a 440 and 13:1 compression ratio and a single-four tunnel-ram. My friend's family owned the local Airport and I had to get AvGas from them. The car had 4:88 rear gears, slapper-bars and a 4-speed manual trans. Most of my friends wouldn't ride in the car a 2nd time because it scared the crap out them.

It feels like cheating when you guys use turbo's, fuel-injection and all of the modern conveniences to make horsepower. :)

I haven't met any Cowboys but a couple of stories. I lived with a girlfriend for several years, her best friend was Too Tall Jones' girlfriend (or more likely his girlfriend while he was in LA). It was funny too because she was about 5'2", the pictures of them together were hilarious.

My favorite story about pro athletes was when I was in college in San Diego. I went to a gym close to "The Murph" and a lot of Chargers players would get in extra workouts there. One time I came out of the shower without my contacts in and walked down the hallway to the steam room. There were two guys in the doorway leading to the steam room so I started to squint and figure out if I should walk between them or around them. As I got closer my vision got clearer.

It was one guy, not two. I'll never forget the moment of realizing that.

It was George Thornton, a DE from Alabama that played for the Giants also. Super nice guy, he took his second round signing bonus and bought his mother the biggest house in the small town in AL he grew up in, as a big ** to the people that had treated her badly.

LOL. I have a 70 Superbee 440 6 pack but it runs on premium. Also 67 Chevelle SS396 with 502. Neither one have any traction and I have drag slicks on the Chevelle. The Chevelle has 4.10 gears but no positraction.

Here's a shot of the engine bay of the Corvette. Can't see much here though. http://i471.***BLOCKED***/albums/rr75/jobberone/001.jpg

Good grief. That's quite a collection of toys.
