I met Romo, Witten and Rivera in Vegas back in April. I was playing blackjack at the bar tables in the Hard Rock and I turned around and Tony was looking right at me...

He was headed out for the evening and I walked him out to the limo. Came back in and Jason was walking out as well, introduced myself and walked him out as well.

All three were awesome and as nice as could be...

I went back in and took the HR for about $400.....what a great night!:laugh2:

I met Tony "Thrill" Hill in South Korea back in 2001. He told me finally someone that probably saw me play...there was like 20 students in front of me prior to me meeting him. He was pretty cool...he let me take a picture with his Super Bowl Ring. I saw Duane Thomas last year at Wal-Mart but didn't meet or get his autograph. I did meet Franco Harris but who cares!!

I was about 10 yrs old and the Cowboys were in town to play the Commanders. As they came out of a hotel dining area, fans would rush to each player to get their autograph and have pictures taken. As everybody flocked to Danny White, Tony Dorsett was walking right towards me with (in my mind at least) no one else around. However, I stupidly yelled out "there's Tony Dorsett." I was quickly overtaken by older people pushing past me and couldn't even get an autograph. I did work my way back close to him and then heeded my mothers call to "just touch him".

Good times.

Vegas is a prime spot to meet celebrities. I met Drew Carrey back in 1997 at Caesar's Palace. He was doing a book signing. Unlike you, however I lost my *** at the blackjack tables.

Didn't meet officially but I got to briefly say hello to Irvin, Harper, Woodson and Gant on a flight. I got their autographs on a barf bag from the plane. I know, but It's all I had! They thought it was funny and razzed me about it. I didn't bother them after that.

I work out at a small gym that does core/mma/boxing training and I see Eric Everett and Emmitt Smith all the time. Eric is really friendly but I haven't been able to talk much with Emmitt. I like to give these guys their space because I figure they get bothered all the time. Plus, while I respect their accomplishments immensely, they're just people like all of us, nothing to get all worked up over.

I did tell Emmitt the other day that I sure missed seing him on Sundays and he said something like "not me, I don't miss it at all".

I hear Darren Woodson just joined, but I haven't seen him yet.

I was also lucky enough to score tickets to the 95 Super Bowl from a buddy of mine whose mom works for the Cowboys. As a result, we got to go on all the chartered bus's to & from the game/events. We also got to go to the big after party for the team. I met players & Cowboy Cheerleaders. I was really shocked how small many of the players were. Aside from the linemen, I was bigger (I'm only about 6'-1") than many of them and kind of towered over guys like Scott Case and Kevin Williams. Kevin Williams was dressed like a pimp, but was really cool. Me and my buddy were telling him he saved the season with his huge diving reception he made in one of the last games of the year (can't remember which game it was). He was like "really?, thanks guys" He was really shy and didn't realize how much of an impact he had made.

I was in Phoenix for 3 days and think I got about 6 hours sleep in total, one of the funnest trips of my life.

Just realized I had a typo, I see THOMAS everett at the gym, not Eric

A girl I knew for some reason was hanging out with my all time favorite player, and on the way to the bar (live in NYC) she was telling me, "oh, some cowboy will be there...woods or something like that" Darren Woodson! Honestly, he was the coolest guy. This was right after we had signed Henson.

We were hanging out all night but I didn't want to kill his game by being a fanboy, so I told him he was my favorite player and why I played safety in high school, and asked him a couple of things, but then I told him I'd lay off of the fan stuff so he could just have a good time, we hung out all night. Very cool guy. Smart, friendly, polite, and the girls were all over him

1) Randy White, Ed Jones, Drew Pearson, Hollywood Henderson, Mel Renfro and Billiy Joe Dupree at an autograph signing

2) Met Terence Newman at Chipotle in Uptown Dallas

3) Met Anthony Henry 3 times in Irving, one at Pei Wei, the other at Kroger and the last time at 24 Hour Fitness in Valley Ranch

4) Met Flozell Adams at the Whole Foods Store in Uptown Dallas

5) Met Keith Davis (we share relatives as my grandmother's last name on my dad's side is Davis) and Pete Hunter at 24 Hour Fitness. My sister has actually met Keith Davis over my Grandmother's house.

That's about it

Edit: I met Gregg Ellis the mourning just before he signed his contract extension a few years back at Krogers in Irving. We were playing the Giants that weekend I believe.

Oh and my hand is still hurting:
