He's got a very big winning percentage and I wish more idiots I'm surrounded by in the DC suburb area would acknowledge that. Meanwhile, the best QB in the Skins locker room is their flat topped mediocre-in-his-hey-day lame duck head coach.

Wow, luckily this thread was in a different direction than the tittle suggested.:p:

and the cowboyszone gayest thread of the year award goes to...

That's interesting because one of his regular detractors just posted a couple of days ago that he can't hang onto the ball because his hands are too small.

And who was that..... DallasEast?

I'd like to see a comparison between his and Troy's hands. In case you haven't noticed, Troy has abnormally large hands.

He could totally palm Joe Buck's head like a basketball.

I wish he would on most Sundays...

They look proportionate to his height to me. Maybe you're projecting something else you want to be 'big' on Tony Romo.

What kilyin said.

Besides, it's only logical that every NFL QB has pretty big hands. I doubt any of them need a friend to hold their Whopper.

Dave Krieg (Kreig?) had really small hands.

Former Packers HoFer Arnie Herber had such small hands that he would palm the ball rather than grip it (the ball was also rounder back then). Somehow he was able throw accurately enough to complete a ton of TD passes to fellow HoFer Don Hutson.

Eddie LeBaron also had small hands but it didn't stop him from throwing well.

Found a little blurb on Herber:

Herber first connected with the now-legendary receiver in the second game of Hutson's career on an 83-yard touchdown pass that stood as the difference in a 7-0 win over the Chicago Bears, Sept. 22, 1935. According to True Sport, Herber's pass traveled 66 yards in the air on the play before reaching Hutson.

He also fumbled a lot but then so did Warren Moon and his hands were pretty big.

I shook hands with Connie Hawkins when he played for the Lakers and his hands were absolutely HUGE!

His hands are fat but small. Hence the fumbles and errant passes.
