The arrogance is incredible.

1. Harrison ripping on Romo for the interception...

"Who called a timeout?" Steelers OLB James Harrison recalled Romo saying. "You guys called a timeout?" Harrison was apparently miffed that Romo would question the Steelers' strategy in the situation. Or maybe he just likes to rub it in. "Yeah, we called a timeout," Harrison said after the game. "And you go and throw a pick to Deshea [Townsend], so we can win."

I know Romo's an easy target but you usually don't hear players responding like that.

2. Witness Deshea Thompson...

Townsend sarcastically complimented Romo for making a great throw. "Right at eye level," he said. The Steelers definitely didn't want to hear any talk about Witten slipping while coming out of his break. "Deshea just ran the route for the receiver," OLB James Harrison said.

3. And then there's Mike Tomlin...

"The position we put ourselves in was all our fault."

Yeah, I know there was no opponent on the field Mike, you just couldn't get out of your own way.

For those of you not old enough to remember those brutal Super Bowl losses (both which played out a little like today), please remember this game. The Steelers and their fans should always be at the top of your hate list.

The Steelers should fear the prospect of meeting us again in February. Seriously.

Edit: That is, if we right the ship and get there of course.

Harrison makes a great point though...

the Pick6 came AFTER a timeout...

the pass to nowhere came AFTER a timeout...

Obviously 2minutes wasn't enough to get everybody on the same page. In the huddle, that's Romo's job.

Tony Romo gave the Steelers the right to talk trash. Now if the Steeler would show just a little class, they would give Romo the game ball, he earned it.

Tomlin is almost as much of a clown as Wade: loved his head set swinging antics and screaming at the end of the game. That being said, he's got the best team and home field advantage. But there's no way I see them beating anyone from the NFC in the SB.

When did Romo even say this and to whom? Doesn't sound right.

I have said this a couple of times tonight.....for anyone remembering the 70's.

I would rather go 1-15 with that one win coming against Pittsburgh.....

I will never in my lifetime get over any loss to those clowns, ever, period.

I noticed that too - I had some choice words for him at that moment, that i can't repeat on here, but if my TV had ears, I'm pretty sure it would have been

They won so they earned the right to say anything they like. THat's part of the game. If you let the other team off the hook you have to listen to their trash talk afterwards.

bingo.

pathetic coaching on display.

mind boggling play after timeouts. (like when wade had 12 men on the field after a timeout earlier this year.)

I don't think Tomlin and esp. Ben want to see another NFC East foe again

they've given up 24/25 sacks

but they can talk, it's not like we completely unraveled or anything at the end
