Why do the Cowboys never run this? The only time the Cowboys throw to the RB seems to be swing passes, or very short tosses over the middle. And much of the time the RB is stationary and/or facing back towards the QB. I think it would be nice to involve the RBs more in the passing game over the middle and to use routes that allow them to have upfield momentum when they get the ball.
 
Because Dez, Miles, Witten, and Harris are better at it than any running back we have. There aren't many teams in the NFL I don't think who have the talent or scheme to include this.

It might work on Madden, but other than that, it doesn't have a big place in the NFL.
