Ive had similar finger surgery myself recovered fine with a little bit of physio my bet is TO is catching balls way before training camp with the medical staff available to him and with the best surgeons in the world doing the surgery he should have no long term affects and be back to his best this season.

Now if only we dont send him up the sideline and ask glenn to run a slant on 3rd down he might get the ball a bit more in situations hes used to (west coast O).

TO will be fine.. He's a awesome athlete with unbelievable confidence.. We need to get him the ball more then BP did... Thats for sure.. The Seahawk game still haunts me. I don't know what in the hell BP was thinking about in that game.. TO, TG, Witten, and Crayton and we don't throw the ball.. Sickening!!!!!

Not too sure how much OWNAGE a 34 year old WR can OWN.

It has NOTHING to do with age this guy is one of the best conditioned atheletes in the NFL

I agree with you 100%. I feel that is exactly why. Remember when Pearless came in? He had 2 or 3 balls thrown his way because he did not like the guy.

That was only a possibility that was talked about prior to the first surgery. They didn't know for sure.

Since the first surgery they found out that that would not be the case.

Terrell would kill out of the slot position. I see our new offensive minds using a little more crativity with regards to getting him into positions which cause mismatches.

Over 80 recep. 1200yrs, leads league in recieving TD's and 16 drops with a broken hand.... Wish all of our WR's would underperform like that!!!!

well he completely dominated the league at 32 so i doubt 2 years makes a big deal.and kicked butt last year with one hand.

I agree with Jerry. Number wise that sounds great but I think Jones was hoping to see a bigger impact from TO. No doubt the hand injury created problems for Owens and hopefully his impact will be greater this coming season.
