Again, it's not his ability that I'm worried about but his attitude. It's not unlikely that we could lose a string of games next season. I don't want a player who is going to throw in the towel by complaining to the media. I want a player who is going to be mentally tough and stick by his team through the good times and the bad ones. I don't care if TO is being honest. Honesty has nothing to do with it. It's about supporting your team during the bad times. That's what being a leader off the field is all about. During the bad times, leaders inspire their teams and don't push the panic button. Last year, TO started to whine to the media after losses.
