Or at least don't throw it out to the flats and pin our WR's to the sidelines by the DB.

It doesn't give them anywhere to go, .. dumb play.

i agree that play not only sucks but romo needs to improve on throwing like that.

Over 80 recep. 1200yrs, leads league in recieving TD's and 16 drops with a broken hand.... Wish all of our WR's would underperform like that!!!!

AMEN!!!

TO's silence is deafening, he must be up to something to tear this team apart....

I agree with Jerry. Number wise that sounds great but I think Jones was hoping to see a bigger impact from TO. No doubt the hand injury created problems for Owens and hopefully his impact will be greater this coming season.

How is that TO's fault is BP is not GAME PLANNING with him. How many times was he used in the Seattle game? A long bomb here, a pass behind the line of scrimmage. No creative game planning makes it difficult for a receiver to get the ball...

Wow where did I say it was anyones fault? Sorry I'm not blaming TO or Parcells I'm not looking for a scape goat. TO had a hand injury that is fact and I would think that had something to do with his overall impact on the field. If you want to blame Parcells that is your deal not mine.

Wow, I was not attacking you. I was instilling some importance of game planning in the post. I agree with you 100%, I wanted to see more results, JJ, you, the fans... I was just dissapointed the BP was to stubborn to utilize him or other players they way they should have been and his performanced suffered for that. I am sure the hand accounted for some drops. No scape goat just fact.

Again, it's not his ability that I'm worried about but his attitude. It's not unlikely that we could lose a string of games next season. I don't want a player who is going to throw in the towel by complaining to the media. I want a player who is going to be mentally tough and stick by his team through the good times and the bad ones. I don't care if TO is being honest. Honesty has nothing to do with it. It's about supporting your team during the bad times. That's what being a leader off the field is all about. During the bad times, leaders inspire their teams and don't push the panic button. Last year, TO started to whine to the media after losses.

Actually if I remember he blamed losses on himself. He did his best to get his team pumped during the game (BSPN used the tape as him screaming at teammates), he continually worked with Sam Hurd during his injury, He decided not to have surgery during the season so he could help his team win, he supported and contacted Romo after the botched snap.

What more do you want from this guy. Take off your bad perception glasses and look at reality.

AGAIN, do you remeber Haileys antics? TO has nothing on this guy!!!

I will definitely say that if he played every game like he did in the Jacksonville game he would have been ridiculous, but he messed his finger up in game 2 so... only thing to do is wait and see.... but he was everything we expected in the jax game, then faded in the big games after the finger incident.
