I used to go to a place in Dallas, I believe it was over off of Ledbetter called Sweet Georgia Browns...if you like good ole home cooking type soul food check it out.

How have I never heard of this place. Is it as good as Mama's Daughter's?

Mama's Daughters on Shady Grove was one of my favorites for good home cooking...Sweet Georgia Browns is more soul food

you certainly have been hiding your head in the sand if you do not know about the Food ****'s.
Some people need to look around a little more often

I lived in New York for 15 years and Virginia for almost 8 now and never once have I seen anyone protest about a food place.

I can't possibly be the only one, either. You make it sound like there are as many protests as yard sales in the spring.
