Romo's back is keeping him out of practice, won't play in preseason game vs. Chargers

rash of injuries on the defense: Mo Claiborne (knee), Rolando McClain (soreness), Carr (family matter), Lawrence (ankle), Terrell McClain (i forget), probably some more I'm forgetting

o-line is dominating. not sure if because d-line is so terrible or if they are really that good, will find out in coming weeks

basically a typical camp, lots of attrition.. not sure what we have yet on either side, so we all need to put away the anointing oil and at the same time back away from the cliff

Yeah, put away the annointing oil because they brought back out the massage oil
for the nagging little injuries for the players....and also for Jerry for....well, never mind....LOL

Yeah we just got hit about 20 minutes ago. I got on the ground and covered up. Saw a bunch of *******es running in different directions.

To build upon pugilist's contribution:

  • Josh Brent will soon meet with the commissioner about reinstatement. Jerry Jones has committed a roster slot for his eventual return.
  • Martez Wilson has been one of the few bright spots along the defensive line at DE thus far.
  • Wade Wilson has voiced minor concerns about Romo's back and his ability to throw deep passes.
  • Ronald Leary suffered a hamstring injury but appears to be recovering from it.
  • Terrance Mitchell has been making a significant impression at cornerback.
  • The team is entering its first preseason tilt with two fresh roster additions: defensive backs in Korey Lindsey (CB) and Johnny Thomas (S).
