Correct, they dont for the next two seasons, so thei window's 24/25. That could be the issue with Dak's situation, not the money, but that he wants a short term which wont allow us the 'cheaper' initial years because we still have to factor in the existing deferments.

Its kinda sad the one thing thats holding us back is the dak contract. We extend him and we potentially mess up ourselves for years to come, we don't extend him we have no cap. Its not a good situation to be in when the top guy doesn't get it done come playoff time, and requests the most money.

Henry would have been the perfect compliment for this team. When teams decided not to stack the box he's good for four yards a carry every play. In doing so it makes dak a better QB as well... having a legit run threat would help him.

The addition of Henry to the Ravens (even if it just his production for this past season, versus 2022) will have OC Todd Munken really task QB Jackson to focus on improving his passing game - skill wise + plus decision making - and de-emphasize \ reduce his reliance on his running ability.
