So........ We bring in "Primetime" and his son, which would take a top 3 pick anyways. We sit a QB with a cap hit whose gross value is more than some countries. Sounds like a Jerry move to me.

I don’t want them but it wouldn’t be so idiotic if Jerry just let Dak walk……..
Why would you miss the playoff losses or the anemic offense of his?
The only way to trade him is to eat that massive cap hit of his as no team will even consider going 50% at this point esp coming off another major injury.
Jerry made a mistake and will have to pay for it as we all do in life.
8 months wow ...............impressive stuff their Dakko.

Cowturd is right about bringing in Deion Sanders as the new head coach. Sanders already has T.O. coaching up his WRs in Colorado, along with Warren Sapp coaching up his D-linemen. Deion Sanders would definitely bring T.O. and Sapp with him to Dallas. Keep Al Harris as DBs coach, along with our TEs Coach. Fire McCarthy, Bones Fassel, Mike Solari, the RBs and WRs coaches, along with several others on Defense. Go get Tashard Choice from the Texas Longhorns and make him our RBs coach. Choice has done great at Univ. of Texas with their RBs. Go find the very best available Oline coach (whether currently retired or from another NFL team or the best at the college level. Same goes for the WRs coach to assist T.O.. Decide whether to keep Zgonina as D-line coach or not to assist Warren Sapp. Fill in the other coaching spots with whom Deion desires. Try to convince Troy Aikman to come and become Jerry's assistant at the GM spot. His right hand man and ultimate voice/persuader for anything team related.

Getting Shedeur Sanders at QB would be nice, but we already have Dak and his 'no trade' clause in place for the next 4 seasons. I would rather trade up and draft Colorado's WR, Travis Hunter, at #1 overall (use our 2025 1st round pick and 2026's 1st or 2nd & 4th to trade up to #1 overall) to pair up with CeeDee. That would seriously improve and make our WR group one of the best in the NFL.

Cowturd would do anything to keep the Cowboys in the news cycle. ESPN is on the trade Micah band wagon as is Broaddus. I will say it again if you wanted to draft a quarterback, you should have traded CeeDee and Parsons during the offseason then you would have had plenty of capital to draft any player you want. It makes no sense to keep Diggs, CeeDee, and Dak then trade the best player of the bunch. Not smart at all.

too funny......then what? Carson Beck?.....Dillon Gabriel?......Quinn Ewers?......Jalen Miroe?......Jaxson Dart?.....Cam Ward?......cut a deal with Aaron Rodgers?.......elevate Cooper Rush to full-time starter?
Shedeur Sanders ain't coming here or Prime, it just a new story and rumors keeping the talking heads clamoring and a distraction to the current misery.....and the cap hit on Dak? This ain't Fantasy Football drafting.

Ehhhh this sounds all nice, but it doesn't really work that way does it?

Also, if you make the Russell Wilson example you also have to take into account that Pittsburgh is 8-2 and he's playing with the best defense in the NFL. Isn't that kind of a backhand Dak compliment?

Cowboys have been down 20 points or more 7 straight times at home (a record). Really Colin? You think the Cowboys are a Deion and Shedur away?

This guy just wants to see our team dead and buried. That's all there is to that nonsense.

I would lose out and get Travis Hunter. It would make our secondary elite. And from that point on just draft defensive line and Zack Martin's replacement. Add another WR and that's our first 4 rounds.

We might legitimately have a chance next year. Maybe Belichick still has it. Deion can be a hit or a miss. He can be legit or total bankrupt. Belichick is a more safe choice as long as you give him something to work with. The latter day Patriots teams and the 90s Browns were too awful for anyone to save.

Never going to win anything with Dak. Of course we're never winning anything with Jerry either. Might as well aim for the fence. Don't have anything to lose. We are in he'll with no hope for the immediate future.

I don’t know what to make of your word salad here. In no way, do I want Dak or MM in Dallas. I simply said it would not be idiotic to get the Sanders clan here if Jerry didn’t resign Dak. Since he did give him a new contract, it would be stupid now to hire Deion and his son since we are stuck with Dak for at least two more years(probably three). Jerry will never eat his contract/cap hit next season or admit he screwed up by not letting him walk. It was a massive mistake handing him a new contract with no easy outs.

I have no idea what your last sentence means with the 8 months wow thing :muttley:
