I would not go that far to claim him a generational talent. I do think he is a very good QB who has much better vision that Ju. Jones who often time ran up the back of his lineman. who did not seem to figure out how to use his speed to hesitate allow the hole to develop and hit the hole with a quick burst. Pollard is a damn good RB

and? really you come here looking to slam a player who has done nothing but make plays for this team does not fumble often. You claim that he is julius jones with an OL, you are clueless. Pollard has show he can run with power as well as speed, he knows how to use his speed instead of just running up the back of the OL. I have said many time there is a weakness in his game, namely the ability to pick up the blitz but outside of that Pollard is a playmaker on this team

A back doesn't have to be Emmitt Smith to be a good, useful player and that's what Pollard is.

To be honest the only thing I'm worried about assuming Zeke is out Sunday is blitz pickup. Pollard is not good at all in this area.

As a pure runner I would put him in a group of really good, but not special. If he weren't a liability in pass protection he would easily be a primary back in this league.

Why does every Cowboy have to be a generational talent? Most teams consist of a bunch of role players supporting a handful of great players. The Cowboys fit that mold and can be successful with it.
