Julius Jones was special enough for a few years, but I’d say Pollard is better overall.

Well if he is not, then he definitely is the closest to a RB1 this year and frankly for last few years.

Pollard fights for his yards and way more than occasionally usually gets them, unlike the other running backs in this team.

Now I really don't mean to knock on Zeke, but when is the last time you watched Zeke have a consistent running game. His run style is take the ball and run forward into his lineman for that complimentary 2 yard run, that is his consistency.

Zeke can't carry a team anymore, but can be productive enough if used correctly with another RB and that is what Pollard is for.

Just for comparison's sake, with the thought that you can always draft the talent at RB, doesn't have to be high draft stock.
Pollards a bigger faster version of what Philly has in Kenneth Gainwell, but two RBs worth comparing.
Clearly Pollard is the better RB, but what is comparable is the draft stock, Pollard 4th round pick 26, Gainwell round 5 pick 6.
Not the same draft, Pollard(2019) is 25 and Gainwell(2021) 23.
Should always be investing for RBs in those rounds, these type of RBs should be stockpiled.

Gainwell is faster.

Pollard to me is a good back with speed we haven’t had , and some elusiveness

the 2 back rotation maximized the skill sets minus pollards blocking

and? really you come here looking to slam a player who has done nothing but make plays for this team does not fumble often. You claim that he is julius jones with an OL, you are clueless. Pollard has show he can run with power as well as speed, he knows how to use his speed instead of just running up the back of the OL. I have said many time there is a weakness in his game, namely the ability to pick up the blitz but outside of that Pollard is a playmaker on this team

Thing is, Julius Jones was a pretty good player.
