My point was those players that dont give the effort needed to win games.

If there is some viable option on that roster that you believe they can, and should, make this example out of that would get the players attention I'm all for it. But looking at the roster, as it stands, I'm not sure that I see a single, viable, option on that roster that you can make that statement with and have it actually be effective.

Since Jerry is the final say in Cowboy country, he needs to start this accountability train:

Please announce that the remainder of the season all coaches, players, towel/ball boy positions will be evaluated.

Make no bones about it and win or lose you better show up and play with heart. If this team fails then serious adjustments need to be made.

I know you cannot cut the whole team, but if the lack of effort contuinues some big names/pay checks need an exit.

The Love Train is so much more preferable.

But as to your suggestions: Everybody in the NFL is being evaluated each game. Even refs. So, you are breaking no new ground.

As long as Wade is there, all players know they can just show up and cruise.

Jerra will never let his big names go. That's just part of his makeup as an eternal optimist.

I'm with you 100%, but Jerry cannot even come out publicly and admit the team commits too many penalties. For some reason the man doesn't believe in the concept of constructive criticism.
