Because even though his offensive and defensive philosiphies were a bit stubborn at times he still TRIED to instill into these guys what still causes them to lose to this very day.

Wade is trying to get a plan in place for something that Bill Parcells has mastered.

Regardless if it worked or not Bill is/was the very best at hammering players on penalties, turnovers, and any other type of boneheaded mistake.

I'll agree with that. But when he was here did Flo stop false starting? Did Roy Williams quit Horse collar tackling?

Did the Cowboys quit melting down in December? Did they win playoff games? Did they play so much better that a person would believe that they'd actually get over the hump?

The answer to every single one of those questions is no. All his yelling, screaming, bullying, bad mouthing, funny quotes, and all didn't amount to anymore wins, or any more playoff victories than what we've got right now.

Simply getting a guy cause he's tough isn't the answer. I'm not opposed to tough as long as tough isn't the only thing the guy has going for him. Simply being tough won't get it done and that's been proven with this team.

You need the right combination from a coach in lots of areas, and tough is only one of them.

Not tough - Dungy and he has much success

Dungy isn't coaching the circus that is and always will be the Dallas Cowboys.

I'm starting to think a hard nosed tough coach is the only style that will ever be good for this franchise.

It doesn't mean we'll be great every year. But keeping this team focused and in check is something that has to always be a high priority with this franchise because of our exposure.

If they're when we had BP and there under wade how is BP suddenly the solution?

We have the most in the league this year, by a lot.

It wasn't wasn't nearly this bad under Parcells.

Tony Dungy is a great guy. I like him alot.

He is not a good/great coach.

He was lucky that Peyton Super-Manning bailed him out in AFC title game that led to them winning the SB. They were on the verge of getting a beatdown AGAIN at the hands of the Pats and made that comeback in 2nd half.

Dungy hasnt accomplished anything as HC. He had to leave the Bucs only to see Chucky win with his team.

He is a great Defensive guy... but flat out lucky to have Manning to mask his poor coaching.

Not hating... just calling it as it is.

It's pretty big of Crennel to be willing to stay on as DC. That can't be easy on him, and it's not like they guy'd be hurting for a coordinator job. Browns are fortunate to have that option.

YoMick, that Orca sig can't last long....

Dungy took over a very bad Tampa Bay team and built them to contender status and while Chucky won the SB it was not off his great offense he was suppose to bring it was because of the great defense that Dungy had in place. I do agree getting Manning was a blessing but Dungy took over a losing colts team and helped turn them around.
