If we get a salary-cap free era, the player's contracts won't matter that much to us anymore so long as Jones is willing to pay the gonig rate to bring and maintain top talent on the team.

If he wants to waste his money, it is up to him. But if he makes a mistake, he better quickly rectify it and not claim that he is poor given how rich Cowboys fans have made him.
