Here we go again with Milton

If you are a fan, it is your money. Paying/overpaying has kept us from playoff wins.
I get that, but I’m not sure it’s less about overpaying and more about poor allocation in general. For example, we don’t pay Pickens, historically that would usually mean that we just sit on that money instead of getting better value talent. We’ve tried to bargain bin shop and failed.
Additionally, I’ll point to a specific example of the cheapness was Derrick Henry. Would’ve cost us 8-9m, well below how much we had available. Had some career years since. Long story short, combination of overpaying the wrong talent but more so being cheap when we shouldn’t have been.

But it changes what you can do or not do when you take a $60M player off of it.

Taking him off lets you spend on FA's and improve the roster making it a better team.
Yes and I agree but read my other post, it’s general allocation…for every Javonte we find, we have ten examples of us being cheap even when we didn’t need to be and end up with a ha-ha, Lawson, and Basham that we end up dumping

Milton is a career backup, a poor man's Miachael Vick. Cannon for an arm, pea for a brain. Im a Tennessee fan and watching him in college for a season was brutal, too many mental mistakes and he broadcasts where hes going with the ball. Hendon Hooker is much better amd isnt a starter in the NFL.
