The screen may have been photoshopped but I doubt the cat was.

See how thick the bezel is on that tv? That's an older one so it likely had some thickness at the top for the cat to sit.

I think they simply played the stream until that moment, stopped it and then took the photo, but when you analyze it down to that level, it starts to get less interesting
