There is no quick fix. We are done.
We won't get Tony in as QB coach... but we can get the guy who was in Dak's ear in 16.The only way Tony comes back and helps is if he's the quarterback coach. The last time dak was good was when Tony sat the bench and told him what to do.

one big hitbut Jerry wouldn't have the balls to do it.
Jerrry calls Tony Romo and promises him the starting job right now and for as long as he wants to play.
Tony has hinted several times that he wants to come back. If Jerry sweetened the deal enough, Tony would come back. Tony would come in and immediately be a huge upgrade at QB even being rusty the first few weeks. Sadly, it's clear that Dak will never be a good QB in this league. The rest of the league has figured him out already. Load the box to stop Zeke and force Dak to beat you with his arm. He simply can't do it.
Jerry traded a first round pick for Amari to try to save the season. If he really wants to save it all it's going to take is a phone call to #9.
And if it is broke, tellem it’s a process"if it ain't broke don't mess with it". Jason Garrett 101
