I think it has more to do with our defense than our offense. They're the #5 scoring offense in the NFL, and they've scored 16 points in two games against us. The Cowboys have owned DeSean Jackson who has 5 catches for 76 yards in the two games combined.
The Cowboys are stout enough in the front 7 that they can use a base package to stop the run (not that the Eagles run much anyway) and can keep the safeties back, and they have maybe the best set of man to man cover corners in the league. So Dallas can prevent the Eagles big play over the top and play tight man to man on the short and intermediate routes. That forces the Eagles to depend on McNabb to make precision passes in tight coverage on intermediate routes ... which he's pretty horrible at.
Plus the Jamaal Jackson injury was pretty big. It greatly effects their screen passes, which essentially is their running game. I know the Eagles fans want to think that Nicks is some great up and comer, and maybe he is, but they still had to reshuffle their interior OL, lose continuity, lose a lot of mobility inserting Jean Giles, and interferes with the timing ... the essential ingredients to successful screens.
We're just a bad matchup personnel-wise for the Eagles.
