Who would you rather QB the Cowboys right now? Staubach, Aikman or Romo?

I am probably going to go to hell for saying this, but right now, all things considered, I would pick Romo.

I worship Roger Staubach. He is/was the precusor of the modern day QB. Montana, Young, Favre all evolved out of Roger's playing style.

Aikman was a pure techinician. Given time, he would pick a defense apart.

They have 5 Sb wins between them and both are in the HoF, but if I had to make a choice right now........, I would take Romo. The ability to see the field and make the throws I saw yesterday convinced me that Tony is the premier QB in the NFC, if not all of football. We didn't get to see his great playmaking ability because he was not under much pressure. He just stood back there and made it look to easy.

Am I going to burn in hell for this?

Aikman behind that line.... While Tony may be accurate, Aikman was the best their ever was when it came to accuracy....

If the Line is always gonna play like that ...... Aikman.

If there are gonna be a few jail breaks in a game and a need to improvise ....... Romo.

If we did not have as many weapons ...... Staubach

well since Staubach is 66 years old and Aikman is 42 and they both
had too many concussions I guess I would take Romo right now

I guess I have to make my questions clearer. I assumed everyone would know what I was asking, but that's what I get for assuming.

Staubach. Until Romo proves it in the post-season, Staubach and Aikman are way ahead in my book.

Tony could easily make his case this year, though.

Romo or Staubach but not Aikman. Not that Aikamn would not do well just he was not as much fun to watch as Roger and Tony.

By the way, in todays NFL Roger would not be the Dodger. He would be staying in the pocket - too much running will end your career fast today.

With the way that line is playing right now Aikman might end up with a 75% completion pct. at the end of the year. Aikman, with the way the line played yesterday, and that is a slam dunk.

Roger has always been my favorite Cowboy, but dang, Romo looks good!

(Please, no Brokeback Mountain comments. Although he is kinda cute.) :p:
