And that the primary reason was because Herm is basically going to have to rebuild the offense around a new QB. And since he would have to rebiuld..he needed to get confirmation from the ownership that they would give him 1 or 2 years to rebuild.

And he was a coordinator in KC.

No, it's not b/c that is what is coming out right now - FROM JETS PEOPLE and NON JETS PEOPLE.
