In years past, the Cowboys, like the Yankees in baseball, have the overwhelming love/hate relationship throughout the country....no in between, you love them or hate them....While the Cowboys arguably may still be "America's Team", and hold that distinction, I think the recent success of the Patriots (3 super bowls), undefeated season aside, and with the marketing of Capt America (Tom Brady), the Patriots may be the team that generates that "buzz", that "it" factor now, supplanting the Cowboys ....the Pats are the new heroes so to speak...Heck, I admit it, I use to be a fan of the Pats, liked Brady's game and how that team played....all the while being a die-hard Cowboys fan....but that has changed, something that I think is changing all around us, not just for me, but for many...are the Patriots becoming the new villains, the team everyone hates....I see their arrogance on the field, argueing calls, Brady being one of the biggest culprits of that. I see aggressive play, sometimes bordering on "cheapshots", that is routine....I am not a who believes in a conspiracy, fixing of the refs, but only human to think it I guess....it caught my attention a comment on Monday nights broadcast, that in each city they go to (ESPN crew) all fans are rooting against the Pats, wanting them to lose....I see a growing hatred for them, jealousy maybe??? I just believe it is their own self arrogance getting to people, how their once model way of doing business is no not so easily admired....Media darlings maybe??? But America's new villains if you ask me???

People still love or hate Dallas. Look no further than people in Houston. Other teams may join Dallas from time to time such as the Patriots right now, but Dallas will always be there being loved or hated.

Did anyone see the Brady comment on the 4th down time out call? I heard him say that he stopped because of the whistle and would have made the 1st down. Was he serious?

From a marketing and ratings standpoint, the Cowboys are #1 and it really isn't that close.

As far as hate, I do believe the Patriots are the mosted hated team in the NFL.

Part of it is because of their success and other factors include their Head Coach, the penchant for running up the score they have developed and the Video Taping Scandal.
