That's kind of like an oxymoron, because if you do not make the playoffs (and I won't comment on that, because you never really know one way or the other), then you automatically "lose" the opportunity to be in the SB. One more thing, if you lose every game from now to the end of the season, you still won't be in the playoffs/SB! You point is moot without foundation.
