The Commanders having been giving out glowing reports about Jason Campbell and the Packers seemed to be concerned that Aaron Rodgers seems overwhelmed by learning their offense and is not showing the accuracy that he did in college. They know it takes two years for a qb to learn it, but don't think Rodgers will be ahead of the curve. Maybe that's why some reports are that maybe Campbell was the second best qb and not Rodgers in the draft.

. Rodgers was widely considered the best qb in the draft. ANd the Commanders are notorious for subjective reporting. Remember, they just inovatted their offense with the shotgun formation.

kartr, are you even a Cowboys' fan?

kartr doesn't much matter, but who is that in your sig??!!

That matters!

Thought I might get in trouble with that last statement.

The Commanders O compared to the Packers O is like comparing Kindergarten with College. The Skins Offense is so basic its scary and the Packers O is over complex. I doubt Jason could have the same success as Rogers if he were in GB. and Rodgers would be getting the raving reviews that Campbell is if he were in Washington. Brett Favre says GB's O is the most complex he has ever seen.

Rodgers was considered a mid first round guy. Campbell a 2nd round guy.
Either could ultimately be better. My guess is Rodgers will be because he is not surrounded by "real men of genius" in WAsh.

Direct questions/points prolly should be handled in PM form.
I dont want Hostile's spam:) lol.

This thread has me wondering what kind of salad dressing I'm going to have with dinner tonight.

LOL guys. The woman's name is "Kristin Kreuk".

As for kartr, I don't understand how posting how great Jason Campbell is is relevant to the Cowboys forum, that's why I asked my original question.

I'm partial to Kens' Steakhouse Zesty Italian myself. Maybe I'll have blue cheese tonight since I had Zesty Italian for lunch

hey kartyr, guess the Browns didnt see the immense ability in Q-Bong afterall did they? They just signed that all world talent Doug Johnson

remember, you told us the Browns were all over QC and that their coaching staff knew what a great addition he'd be...

Just now saw this.

I challenged you to show me where "Most" scouting reports rated Campbell ahead of Rodgers. You quickly shifted to "some circles" having him ahead.

So, I asked for you to prove those "some circles."

I'm still waiting.

The Commanders took some grief for how much they paid to draft Campbell. Many of their fans were even negative about it. Put yourself in the Commanders PR man's position, would you put out a report that was anything but glowing given the fan displeasure? Be honest.

Also, these reports are from mini camps, not actual Training Camps or work with pads. It will take more than these to convince me of anything. Especially since I never called you on this in the first place. I called you on your inaccurate statement that Campbell was rated ahead of Rodgers on "most" scouting reports. That is 100% false.

For the record, I never said Rodgers was going to be a better QB than Jason Campbell. (I'm not exactly sure why I should care which one turns out better. Last I checked we didn't draft either one of them and had 2 chances at each.) If you choose to believe I think that without asking me, be my guest.

I simply called you on the inaccuracies of your post. There were a lot of them and you apparently can't refute them. I'm not shocked.

Another Hosism...not as good as "If you can't stand the roar of the big guns, don't lead the horse to water to drink wooden nickles" but it's darn close.
