Parcells loves "Killer" Davis and will likely offer him a contract as soon as he is available. Hoyte is also likely to join the ranks of "Bill's Guys".

They'll probably give Hoyte a shot, but I don't think Parcells favors him too much if he doesn't improve on special teams. His play in the coverage units was pretty poor last year and that along with his neck injury is probably why he was cut. Parcells was pretty adamant that a fullback has to be pretty decent in special teams coverage to make his roster. Other than Richie Anderson (who was a pretty good 3rd down back) he didn't care for fullbacks who weren't much on special teams.

I hope they dont take davis but it looks like he is done here.

I would imagine he could be a fit in new orleans like almost was two years ago, but they do have some safeties on that roster right now.

What is interesting to me is Howcome Buffalo is not in on the berrian sweepstakes and maybe even crumpler. I think buffalo just needs a little more firepower on offense and they will be a playoff team for many years.
