It took Jerry forever to spend that 1st on some beef (DL big boy).

20th of the 1st round......DT......Kelvin Pritchett.......Ole Miss
and
1st overall pick...............DT......Russel Maryland....Miami

Pritchett wasn't really a Cowboys pick. They picked him for Detroit and got a 2, 3, 4.

Yes. He has barely played 1T all year. 23 snaps out of 152

Yeah I dont have any exact numbers, but Mazi has been a 3 or 4 tech significantly more than a 1T. He's also been a better pass rusher than run player. It's sort of the exact opposite of what everyone thought they would groom Mazi to be.

This trust for playing time and PFF Metrics are what we wanted to see a while ago. Hopefully means he is improving for the better.

Be nice to have a big man like that just ‘get it’ right before the Playoffs.
