 Seriously? This looks so bad.

The CGI looks like it is from the late nineties. :omg:

Because the CGI in all those Hollywood summer blockbusters made them better films?

China is not the USA. Different tastes, different expectations. And different opening schedules, as only a few western films are allowed to be screened per year.

I probably wouldn't like it that much as it's apparently a '90's Cantonese style comedy, which doesn't personally appeal to me.

Speaking of Chinese comedies, I've always really liked Stephen Chow's movies.

"Kung ** Hustle" is genuinely hilarious.

I can recall the first time I sat down and watched the movie. I almost switched the channel after about 10 minutes into it. By the end, I wanted to label it a mini-classic. It's a funny-as-heck, action filled, feel good movie. I would caution anyone watching it for the first time to not formulate an opinion of the film prematurely because of its B-movie look. Be patient. The movie delivers.
