Receiver Dez Bryant is more excited about this Cowboys team more than any other that he’s been a part of since 2010 partly because that there has been 100 percent participation by every one since the beginning of the voluntary offseason program.

Per Bryant, that’s never happened during a time of the year when former Cowboys linebacker Darren Hambrick’s words ring loud and clear: “What do voluntary mean?”

RKG's.

“They’re the right kind of guys,” Garrett said. “We have guys who care about football, care about this football team and care about getting better – and that’s a manifestation of that. And I know they do a lot of work on their own together prior to the start of the offseason program and that’s important too. We have a lot of guys who care a great deal about football and making this football team great and that’s what our team makes up of.”

When you have a bunch of guys who believe what theyre being told you get results. IN the past with Romo how could guys take the voluntary part serious when the face of the franchise wasnt around instead trying to make the cut for golf tournaments. The faces of the team are all there leading the way now. I know there are alot of romosexuals here but he was part of the problem being one of them entitled guys who did what he wanted.

I love the fact these guys want to win and willing to do all it takes to get to the top. Clearly there are guys like Gregory who will not be part of this team this season and likely not part of the team in the future. However the vast majority do get it and are doing what must be done. People can talk about the Hambrick line of "What do voluntary mean?" then again he was not much of a player for those who want more and to be the best they know what voluntary means, it means going the extra mile and doing what you know is best

Such utter nonsense. There are multiple articles over the years that show that Romo skipped golf tournaments to not miss voluntary workouts. You and your ilk are always seeking opportunities to disparage him even when he is no longer on the team.

Just a quick search turned up articles that talk about him skipping a tournament to keep his perfect attendance at voluntary workouts intact.

I like seeing how the team geniunely enjoys being around each other. Like just yesterday, Dez, Deke, Dak, Witten, and a few of the O-Line went and played golf together. Lucky with Dez and a few others playing TopGolf a couple weeks ago, and a lot of the DLine are always doing stuff together.

Excellent. The fact that this much participation is new for them shows that things are changing for the better.

They all know this team is on the brink of a championship and want to do their part to contribute.

I love how Dez said (because of Dak) he, Dak, and Zeke all sat around in the film room watching tape after practice.

I think pretty much everyone has been coming in for the last 3-4 years. Except, guys like McClain and Scandrick keep it from being 100%.

In any case, can't do better than 100%!:flagwave:
