someone called him out in the game thread and he immediately had a huge catch and then a TD right before halftime. It was pretty funny.

Mine, too. The dirty player rep is nonsense, too, AFAICT. So you need to keep your head on a swivel, or he'll block you hard. Then keep your head on swivel. I'd have a player like him on my team, any day.

Exactly man. I have never seen him go for the head or the knees, but he will knock the living crap out of you.

He plays hard every single play whether the ball is coming to him or not and once he catches it he tries to dish out some punishment on the tackler. That's football and I respect him for it.

He has been called the toughest player in the NFL, .. when the other player isn't looking.

His stupid grin is fake too. He grins even if he screws up. He grins when he shouldn't, it's weird.

Can't stand Pig Pen either. He is a serial rapist, has been for years since he was at Miami, everyone knows it, and he has the audacity to point to God after something goes good.

LaBeau is awesome, .. not a big Tomlin fan.

All the plays I've seen Ward make where he's blocking opposing players are legitimate plays. So he cleans their clock on blocks when they're not looking. It's not like it's after the play. It's during the play.

I'm with Hostile. Ward is a tough son of a gun, and he aint gonna take no mess. He's going to hit you back. If that makes him dirty because he doesn't go quietly to the turf, then so be it.

It's not dirty if a defensive player lays a guy out, hell, they'd put it on SportsCenter as a highlight or a Jacked Up segment. But when an offensive player does it, especially a WR since they're supposed to divas and shy away from contact, it's dirty?

And that poll was of 296 players where 11.6% of player said he's dirty...that's 35 players. Not even close to a majority. That doesn't even qualify for a minority...
