Much needed counter to 'gangsta' rap (Kweil, Commo,, KRS, PE, etc) on how to 'come back' from it or never got lost to begin with.

Haha, hear you there big time on Bleek. I think this was the only song I liked of his, and really it was just the beat/hook. Just thrown out dif songs (even the 1 hit wonders...Mystical Here I go was same Idea). Good back n forth

Definitely started the psychedelic/horrorcore freestyle methods you see from a lot of rappers. He was always a little too out there for me outside of his early stuff bc it was somewhat mainstream 'gangsta' rap if that makes any sense. Em kinda perfected it, and so on. But yeah was more of a respect for his creativity/originality.

They cut off after a minute bc it got too sexual even with edits but yeah great song *8ball smooth track,Smif n Wessn always reminded of where Mobb Depp got its influence in terms of trying to bring gangsta rap to NY by 'grizzlin' up by taking that style and "roughing" up the beats and content, etc; but same cadence and rhythm to their flows as members.
Mystikal, yeah he was bound to fizzle out (barely understand his flow despite getting locked up:D ) but that beat/hook is brilliance

Oh, I remember that group;) HFS Festilval in DC (RFK) (97) They had a single in the states, "Smack my () Up" that was huge but obv controversial. I didn't know they were established and still strong, etc. Thanks for the info.

Agree on Dayton Family. They are quality UG who take it seriously. No slanging, robbin, just to do it, etc. Out of Flint, MI Similar to Scarface in that there is always message with the darker stories.
