NOT have Ware covering Wr's

and let Martz spread out the offense and get Romo's confidence up. Just a thought.

I think the reason Parcells is not hiring a named D.C. is that he wants all the glory. Imagine if we hired Dom Capers and this defense just rocked! Who would get all the credit? (Similar to how Gregg Williams got all the success in dc last year.)

There is no way in hades I want him here as the HC...or as an OC with power to call whatever plays he wants.

He would get the QB killed on every play and he would forget that there is a thing called the running game.

And that would be even if he had a heck of an o-line.

at least we would properly use TO, Glenn, and Witten if Martz were here........I guarantee we would have gone after those scrubs in the Seattle secondary.

I want Coach Gibbs in here now......to be our OL coach....I want an OL that can pass and run block on a consistent basis.....one that can be dominant and take over the trenches.

I want a DC that can actually adjust throughout the game...one that can call for stunts and blitzes and is more into attacking than reacting.
