This team needs an alpha coach like we had with Parcells.

Urban Meyer is used to running his operation and isn't desperate for an NFL gig. He's not going to be subservient to Booger & Son.

We thought the same with Parcells and Jerrah ended up liking him. He’s gotta realize he needs another CEO/alpha coach before he dies. Or this teams gonna keep spinning it’s wheels until he passes away unfortunately.
