It's surprising that it didn't take out the bridge column.

Does anyone remember way back in the early 90s I believe when a truck pulling a trailer hit one of the bridge pillars on south loop 820 and it completely collapsed that bridge crushing the back half of a car?

It crushed the car right behind the front seat barely missed crushing the woman that was driving.
