Dak is a better QB than Andy Dalton, but paying 40 million for someone like Dak is absolutely ridiculous and I don't understand. Good guy, but he doesn't push the needle. Even if dak is the answer, he's NEVER winning anything with jerry.

Sign a QB in draft. Trade dak to NE for picks. Or at least dont pay him 40 million. 28 million TOPS

Keep Dak if healthy. Push the needle in the Draft, all defense.

 x 100

One thing that worries me about dak, is that he has slow starts to games, but has strong 3rd and 4th quarters. I had this discussion in another thread, and a guy called me on saying that, Then he looked up the stats.

2019 average:

1st quarter 4.2
2nd quarter 8.2

It is an average, so that means there are 0's in there.

Then you look at this year and he started slow, and had strong 3rd and 4ths.

I am wondering if the slow starts come from:
1.playcalling
2.execution
3.he needs rb's to wear down the defense and open up the field

**Newsflash** - It's 2020.

It always amazes me how some fans act like it's their checkbook.

While I don't necessarily agree with what he is saying, it always amazes me that some fans do not understand that other fans are concerned about the cap implications of contracts and the effects that they can have on the success of the team, not about whose checkbook it is.

Do you agree with what we paid Zeke????

Oh wait, never mind, it's not your checkbook so no one cares what you think.

Do you even think about what you write?...Lol
We were under the salary cap. It makes no difference. Go look at our cap space.

You've seen the crapstorm the Cowboys have turned into without Dak. The only thing I can figure that would provoke you to want more of that is you just hate the Cowboys. Dak gives this team a chance to win. But hey if you like being a loser then keep on starting threads like this.
