Vikes do not have to interview a minority coach since Frazier is a minority coach. Dallas on the other hand does have to do that.

It involves the Rooney rule. Plus the Vikings don't have to worry about the Rooney rule since they have a minority coach as an interim and now HC.

I don't understand the fascination with Fisher. His record isn't really all that great, plus his teams have a reputation for playing dirty. I really don't want to root for a mediocre Cowboys team made up of cheap shot artists.
